All shoes are eligible to return for 30 days. See terms and conditions below.

Customers are encouraged to try on their shoes to ensure a comfortable fit. If they don’t fit, don’t sweat. Just use the return label included in your box and send them back for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund items cannot show significant signs of use. This includes noticeable damage such as creasing, tearing, dirt, scuffs, and scratches.

Exceptions will be made for shoes with noticeable manufacturing defects.

All in-store sales are final and subject to store’s individual return policies.
